Orders placed before 12:00 PM GMT on business days ship the same day. Orders placed after cut-off ship the following business day.

Weekends and UK bank holidays are excluded from processing and transit time calculations.

You will receive a tracking number via email within 2 hours of shipment.

All orders ship in discrete, unmarked outer packaging. Product labels are clinical and carry no consumer branding.

Every order is sealed in plain, unbranded outer packaging, with each vial protected against knocks in transit.

Peptides are supplied lyophilised because freeze-dried material is stable at ambient temperature for the duration of normal transit.

We ship to most countries worldwide. Customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

Some peptides may be restricted in certain jurisdictions. It is the buyer's responsibility to verify local regulations before ordering. HiPeptides cannot issue refunds for orders refused by customs due to local restrictions.

Where an international parcel is held or seized by customs, we review it case by case and help where we can, at our discretion.

If your order arrives damaged, we reship immediately at no cost to you.
